ChemCom is hiring a Process Operator to work a five-shift schedule in a chemical production environment. The role involves operating and adjusting production installations, monitoring process parameters, inspecting plant installations, investigating and resolving process deviations, performing quality checks, supporting maintenance, and suggesting process improvements. Candidates need a VAPRO B, VAPRO C, or AOT diploma, relevant process or chemical operator experience, technical knowledge of production installations, strong safety and quality awareness, Dutch language proficiency, and a driver's license with their own transportation. The position offers a gross hourly wage of €28.72 to €34.34, including a 28.5% shift allowance, along with a permanent-employment prospect, pension, holiday pay, and other benefits.
