Description
O-I is hiring a Glass Packaging Production Operator to run one of three production lines, maintain smooth and effective operation, perform quality checks, resolve issues, keep materials stocked, and maintain a safe working area. The role follows a rotating four-on-four-off, 12-hour shift pattern covering 365 days per year. Compensation is £15.48 per hour plus shift allowance, with benefits including 26 days of holiday, a pension scheme, onsite parking, a uniform, life insurance, an employee assistance programme, and a quarterly performance-based bonus.
