Konvert is hiring a Process Operator in Wijgmaal to prepare production orders for packaging, monitor and adjust production lines, check product quality, and support production continuity. The role requires computer skills, willingness to work a continuous five-shift system, and accurate food-industry work; a forklift or elevated work-platform certificate is an advantage. Compensation is €17–€20 gross per hour, with shift premiums, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful temporary period.
