Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Process Operator to manage production from raw material through finished goods, monitor multiple reactors, maintain safe and clean working conditions, improve processes and product quality, and eventually train new operators. The role requires a technical secondary or higher diploma in Chemistry or Process Technology with at least five years of process-operator experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with at least two years of experience; forklift operation, Dutch fluency, and shift availability are required. The position begins with a temporary contract and may lead to permanent employment after 85 days, with a stated base hourly wage of €26.2305 plus shift premiums.
