JDE Peet’s is hiring a Process Operator at its Joure factory to keep coffee production running from the control room and shop floor, resolve minor technical malfunctions, and suggest process improvements. The role works in a 5-shift 3-4-3 roster and requires MBO level 3 in Process Technology (VAPRO B), team spirit, responsibility, and willingness to work shifts. Compensation is approximately €3,000 to €3,700 gross per month, with additional benefits including a 13th month, holiday allowance, pension, vacation days, travel reimbursement, paid overtime, and partner leave.
