Pauder & People is hiring a Process Operator for technical production in Laholm on a five-shift schedule with an immediate start. The role involves monitoring and setting up production equipment, maintaining quality standards, checking processes and products, handling disruptions and basic troubleshooting, assisting with maintenance during stoppages, documenting deviations, and collaborating with other production functions. Candidates need completed upper secondary education, an AM or B driving licence, Swedish language skills, shift-work flexibility, and a medical fitness certificate; forklift licences, manufacturing experience, machine-monitoring experience, and technical interest are desirable.
