Description
The Process Operator I is responsible for controlling and executing elements of the process, including raw material and finished goods logistics, process addition and mixing of raw materials, and packaging process responsibility. They monitor critical control points, ensure finished goods packaging meets customer expectations, and operate autonomously to make decisions and solve problems. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment, minimizing waste, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
