Bartlett is hiring an entry-level Process Operator I in Cherryvale, Kansas, to operate and monitor soybean processing equipment in a crush plant. The role involves cracking, heating, flaking, oil extraction, refining, sampling, data entry, food safety, housekeeping, light maintenance, and minor repairs. It is an entry-level position with a 12-hour shift on a four-days-on, four-days-off schedule, rotating between 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. every two months, and pays $24 per hour and up. A high school diploma or GED is required, while processing-plant experience is preferred; the role also requires availability for off-hours and weekends, English-language instruction comprehension, a professional demeanor, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
