Description
The Process Operator I operates production equipment to create flavor batches while following SOPs, GMP standards, food and flavor regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation requirements. The role involves maintaining process and material data, labeling materials and finished goods, documenting production metrics, participating in continuous improvement and training, and working on a 2-3-2 night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; PLC or distributed computer controls, basic mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer literacy, and flavor-industry experience are desired or required.
