Description
Bayer is hiring a Process Operator Intern for its Antwerp production site during the 2026–2027 period. The intern will support safe production operations, monitor installations and respond to malfunctions, alternate between control-room duties and outdoor sampling and inspection, suggest improvements, and comply with technical, safety, and environmental regulations. The role is part of a continuous five-shift system and is intended for a bachelor's student in process technology or chemistry, with opportunities to combine the internship with a final thesis project.
