Mead Johnson Nutrition is hiring a Process Control Engineer to control and optimize its Liquid Processing & Spray Drying production process in a highly automated food manufacturing environment. The role involves monitoring and adjusting critical process parameters, operating control-room and field installations, troubleshooting deviations, managing changeovers and CIP/COP, supporting continuous improvement and OEE, and guiding less experienced colleagues. Candidates should have an MBO level 4 qualification, process-technology or AOT training, several years of experience in complex process industries, and experience with automated production control. The position offers a 5-shift schedule, a base salary of €3,800–€4,595 excluding a 34% shift allowance, and benefits including pension, an end-of-year bonus, and collective health insurance.
