Description
Ecolab is hiring a Production Associate for its Northwich Plant to build electrical, mechanical, capital units and spare parts. The role operates an allocated production area, complies with safety and environmental standards, records operational data, supports TPM and operational improvement initiatives, performs basic maintenance and changeovers, and escalates equipment issues. The position uses a split shift of 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. one week and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. the next, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and seeks at least two years of relevant industrial production experience or a relevant mechanical, electrical, process, or chemical qualification.
