Description
The Process Operator will manage coffee roasting and grinding, start up and oversee the roastery, respond to malfunctions, supply roasted coffee to grinding mills or packaging installations, perform quality checks, clean equipment, carry out preventive maintenance, and suggest improvements. The role requires a BSO or TSO diploma, several years of production-operator experience, willingness to work nights, and training on a two-shift schedule; SAP data-entry experience is a plus.
