ArcelorMittal is hiring a Process Operator for its cold rolling mill pickling line in Sint-Kruis-Winkel. The role operates raw-steel-feeding and pickling installations from a control cabin, monitors automated tracking, inspects finished steel coils, and responds to stoppages or malfunctions. It follows a continuous 7-7-7 shift system and offers temporary agency contracts of 6–12 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract after a positive evaluation. Compensation includes an hourly wage of €21.29–€21.67 gross, supplemented by an average 36.90% shift premium, meal vouchers, vacation days, profit-sharing, and training.
