Tempton is hiring a Process Operator / Process Technician to start immediately. The role involves operating, setting up, and maintaining extrusion systems; adjusting process parameters; performing quality checks; troubleshooting errors; starting machines and setting tools; and monitoring production. Candidates must have completed training as a Process Operator / Process Technician, be willing to work three-shift or full continuous shifts, have good spoken and written German, and demonstrate independence, responsibility, cost awareness, and organizational skills.
