Anglicare Sydney is hiring a Process Optimisation Specialist for a six-month maximum-term opportunity within its Finance team. The role focuses on analysing and improving financial processes, identifying automation opportunities, supporting finance transformation and system enhancements, documenting controls and procedures, and partnering with stakeholders on change management and adoption. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, current completion of CPA or an equivalent qualification, experience in aged-care billing, revenue management and finance operations, and experience delivering finance process improvement or transformation initiatives. Preferred qualifications include process automation, stakeholder engagement, project management, Power Query, Power BI, workflow automation, reconciliation software, and finance-related training or documentation experience.
