Plukon Gudensberg GmbH is hiring a full-time Process Optimization Employee / Continuous Improvement Manager to develop, structure, and standardize improvement projects in its poultry-food production facility. The role focuses on improving existing continuous-improvement structures, identifying process weaknesses, implementing targeted measures, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and managers, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new procedures. Candidates should have completed vocational training, initial professional experience, preferably in the food industry, knowledge of production processes and Excel, and experience or interest in Power BI, MES, or ERP systems.
