Description
The Process Optimization Engineer analyzes, optimizes, and designs work and production processes; plans efficient work systems; supports Lean Management and continuous improvement; coordinates with Research & Development and Production; evaluates process and performance data; and helps implement ergonomic procedures. The role requires technical training, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, along with process-optimization knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency. It is a full-time position with public-transport access, a company canteen, discounts, and development opportunities.
