Mortenson is hiring a Process Optimization Manager to lead complex, cross-functional Finance process improvement and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on process assessment, automation, process mining, KPI monitoring, process mapping, Lean methodology, reengineering, documentation, training, and influencing Finance stakeholders without direct authority. A bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of process improvement leadership experience are required; Finance experience and Lean or Six Sigma certification are preferred. The role is based in the United States, has an advertised base salary of $111,500–$168,300 per year, includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
