Description
The Process Optimization Manager leads cross-functional projects to improve frozen food manufacturing processes, capacity, productivity, throughput, and cost efficiency. The role develops and sustains continuous improvement initiatives, analyzes production and operating data, designs cost-effective food-processing technology and machine tooling, prepares capital project estimates, and mentors plant leaders and project teams. It requires a degreed engineer in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering with 8–10 years of frozen food manufacturing experience or 15+ years of related experience, along with strong analytical, Excel, manufacturing, and communication skills. The position involves approximately 25% travel and may require travel to High Liner Foods offices and plants within North America.
