Description
The role supports and optimizes front- and back-office operational processes, designs new processes, creates requirement specifications, and provides action recommendations and workarounds during escalations. It requires a technical or natural science degree or comparable training, relevant professional experience, strong analytical and process-structuring skills, communication and teamwork abilities, and knowledge of energy-market processes, SAP IS-U, S/4HANA, SQL, Microsoft Office, and German.
