MCR Lausitz GmbH is hiring a Process Optimizer – LEAN Management and Transformation in Schwarze Pumpe to analyze, design, and optimize production and business processes across the value chain. The role focuses on identifying waste and bottlenecks, implementing Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives, introducing shopfloor management and continuous improvement structures, leading cross-departmental transformation projects, developing KPI systems, supporting process digitization and standardization, and accompanying change processes. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of experience in production, process management, Lean Management, or Operational Excellence, and knowledge of Lean methods, Six Sigma, problem-solving, project and change management, German, and English.
