Description
The Process Optimizer / Lean Manager will collect, analyze, and forecast key figures; prepare variance analyses and reports; support management decision-making and site meetings; optimize data presentation and IT systems; structure projects; and organize occupational safety training. The role requires vocational training or a related degree, relevant experience, strong MS Office and communication skills, teamwork, reliability, initiative, and German language skills at least at C1 level. The position offers 37.5 working hours per week and 30 days of vacation, along with bonuses, health insurance, pension, and other employee benefits.
