Description
The Process Optimizer / Process Lead will join the Production department at the Alsbach plant and serve as the central contact for managing and developing production processes. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, supporting technical innovation projects, analyzing loss and productivity data, conducting fault analysis, improving occupational safety and hygiene, and coaching production employees. The role requires a technical degree or relevant vocational training, initial production experience with Lean Production methods, MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge, and German and English language skills.
