SpaceX is hiring a Process Planner to develop and maintain manufacturing planning documents, work instructions, process specifications, and graphics-heavy instructions for test equipment, flight hardware, and ground support equipment at the McGregor Rocket Development and Test Facility. The role interprets engineering drawings, optimizes assembly sequences, standardizes templates, coordinates with engineering and shop-floor personnel, and improves enterprise software workflows. Applicants need an associate degree and either 1+ year or 3+ years of relevant aerospace, avionics, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or production experience, along with a valid driver’s license, flexibility for overtime, travel, and physical work.
