Description
The Process Planning Engineer will develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for power and distribution transformers. The role creates routings, workflows, bills of materials, work instructions, and production documentation; defines manufacturing sequences; supports new product introduction and engineering changes; leads 8D non-conformance investigations; and improves productivity, cycle times, quality compliance, and digitalization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of quality engineering experience, and familiarity with transformer manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and transformer testing.
