Description
The Mill Operations Supervisor assists the Mill Manager with daily mill operations, production scheduling, machine troubleshooting, process optimization, grade development, workforce coordination, safety and quality compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in paper science, engineering, chemistry, or a related field, at least one year of paper manufacturing or industrial process operations experience, and familiarity with papermaking chemistry, machine operations, process controls, and production data systems. The position offers a salary range of $58,785 to $84,311 depending on experience and may require travel, overtime, and work in elevated or confined spaces.
