Description
Blue Current is hiring a Process Quality Engineer to build and scale quality infrastructure for silicon solid-state battery development and manufacturing. The role focuses on improving measurement confidence, data integrity, process repeatability, and manufacturing quality through SOPs, QC test methods, CTQ definition, structured data systems, root cause analysis, SPC and control charts, change control, supplier quality, and measurement system analysis. It requires a science or engineering degree with battery or electrochemical-device focus, at least three years of relevant process engineering or quality experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and proficiency in JMP, R, or Minitab. The position is based in an active laboratory and manufacturing environment in Hayward, California, with occasional travel under 10%.
