Description
The NPI Process Quality Engineer will manage end-to-end quality activities for plant-level new product introduction projects, including process validation, machine capability verification, documentation, ODT/PPAP support, quality data tracking, and coordination with metrology. The role also supports APU quality problem solving and customer, process, and supplier quality issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of automotive process quality experience, and familiarity with automotive quality systems, statistical methods, tooling, machining, laser welding, and Lean Manufacturing.
