Agilent Technologies is hiring a full-time Process Reliability Engineer to improve and sustain manufacturing process reliability in a production environment. The role focuses on reducing process risks, establishing PFMEA, control plans, and SPC governance, analyzing manufacturing and field data, resolving recurring issues, monitoring process performance, and leading cross-functional improvement efforts. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant manufacturing, process, quality, or reliability engineering experience, and demonstrated expertise in PFMEA, control plans, SPC, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management.
