Description
Akkodis is hiring a permanent, full-time Process Safety Engineer in Milan, Italy, to support an Oil & Gas project. The role covers process safety engineering across design, commissioning, and operation; hazard and risk studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, Bow-Tie, and QRA; safety requirements and barriers; fire, gas detection, emergency shutdown, pressure relief, and incident investigation activities; and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least three years of process safety or safety engineering experience, SEVESO and incident-risk experience, knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment methods, experience with safety reports and project phases, process safety standards, and English proficiency.
