Description
Blue Origin is hiring a senior process safety/EHS professional to lead its Process Safety Management (PSM) program across multiple aerospace facilities. The role oversees OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, Mechanical Integrity, Process Hazard Analyses, audits, emergency response planning, risk assessments, technical reviews, metrics, training, and continuous improvement. It requires a technical bachelor's degree, at least 6 years of high-hazard PSM experience, strong knowledge of process safety regulations and industrial codes, and willingness to travel 25–50% and work extended or weekend hours when needed. The position is on-site, with relocation required to Van Horn, Texas; Huntsville, Alabama; or Cape Canaveral, Florida if not already local.
