Description
Canadian Natural is hiring a 12-month Process Safety Engineering Student in Calgary, Alberta, starting May 2027. The student will support process safety and integrity activities across energy operations, including risk reviews, engineering assessments, KPI tracking, failure analysis, repair recommendations, mitigation strategies, and participation in process hazard and incident-related work. The role is safety-sensitive, follows a five-days-on/two-days-off schedule with site visits as required, and requires current enrollment in a bachelor's engineering program, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, a valid Alberta Class 5 or equivalent driver's license, physical and mental fitness, and successful pre-employment drug screening.
