Description
BD is hiring a Process Safety Specialist to administer and lead the High Hazard and Process Safety Management programs at its El Paso, Texas manufacturing site. The role covers PHA/HAZOP studies, OSHA PSM compliance, process and capital project hazard reviews, management of change oversight, root cause analysis, pre-startup safety reviews, regulatory inspections, training, and mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemical, process, or safety and health engineering or an equivalent qualification, plus at least three years of manufacturing experience including two years with hazardous substances; PSM, EHS, auditing, and fire-loss experience are preferred.
