ProVest LLC is hiring a 1099 independent contractor Process Server to provide civil process service in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The role involves making diligent service attempts, activating cases within 24 hours, notarizing affidavits within 48 hours, documenting service attempts through mobile applications, and maintaining professional, timely, and accurate records. Candidates should have experience with legal document delivery, judge-signed court appointments, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, a smartphone, and strong communication and documentation skills.
