ProVest is hiring an independent 1099 Civil Process Server in Clay County, Illinois, to serve legal documents for civil, foreclosure, and collection proceedings. The contractor must attempt service regularly, activate cases within 24 hours, make weekend attempts, document GPS-stamped photos and attempts through mobile apps, and return affidavits for payment. The role requires a PERC card, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, variable-hour availability, and access to a computer, printer, and scanner; prior process-serving experience is preferred.
