ProVest is hiring an independent-contractor Civil Process Server in Knox County, Illinois, to serve legal documents for civil, foreclosure, and collection matters. The role requires activating cases within 24 hours, making at least one weekend attempt, conducting 3–8 attempts before marking a case non-served, capturing GPS-stamped photos, logging attempts through mobile apps, and returning affidavits. Applicants need a PERC card, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, variable-hour availability, technology and office-equipment access, and preferably prior process-serving experience.
