ProVest LLC is hiring an independent 1099 Process Server to provide civil process service in Washington County, Arkansas, and surrounding areas. The role involves making diligent service attempts, activating cases within 24 hours, notarizing affidavits within 48 hours, documenting service attempts through mobile applications, and maintaining reliable transportation, a driver’s license, auto insurance, and a smartphone. Compensation is $45.00 to $500.00 per week based on completed jobs, with flexible day or evening shifts.
