Process Server at our expanding contractor network.

ProVest is hiring an independent 1099 Civil Process Server to serve legal documents in Rock Island County, Illinois. The contractor will attempt service on assigned cases every 72 hours, activate cases within 24 hours, make weekend attempts, document GPS-stamped photos and attempts through mobile apps, and return affidavits for payment. The role requires a PERC card, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, variable-hour availability, and access to a computer, printer, and scanner; prior process-serving experience is preferred, along with experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or legal services.
