ProVest LLC is seeking Private Process Servers to perform civil process service in various counties across Illinois and Missouri. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Candidates should be experienced, detail-oriented professionals with prior court appointment experience. Key responsibilities include making up to five service attempts per case, activating cases within 24 hours, signing and notarizing affidavits within 48 hours, and utilizing ProVest's mobile application for documenting service attempts. The ideal candidate will also possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and strong communication and documentation skills.
