ProVest LLC is seeking Private Process Servers to provide civil process service in Bullitt, Hardin, Jefferson, and surrounding counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Ideal candidates will be experienced Process Servers or former Law Enforcement Professionals who can make up to five service attempts per case, activate cases within 24 hours, sign and notarize affidavits within 48 hours, and utilize ProVest's mobile application for documenting service attempts. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a smartphone capable of running mobile apps. Candidates should also possess strong communication and documentation skills, along with a commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
