ProVest LLC is seeking experienced Private Process Servers to perform civil process service in Daviess, Fayette, Madison, and surrounding counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Candidates should have prior experience in legal document delivery, preferably with signed court appointments, and possess strong communication and documentation skills. The role involves making up to five service attempts per case, activating cases within 24 hours, signing and notarizing affidavits within 48 hours, and utilizing mobile applications for reporting.
