ProVest LLC is seeking experienced Private Process Servers to provide civil process service across various counties in Illinois and surrounding states. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in legal document delivery and possess strong communication and documentation skills. Key responsibilities include making diligent service attempts, activating cases promptly, signing and notarizing affidavits, and utilizing mobile applications for reporting.
