ProVest is hiring a 1099 Private Process Server to independently deliver legal documents for law firms and financial institutions in Dickson County, Tennessee. The role involves serving documents, managing assignments through mobile apps, returning completed documents, planning routes, and maintaining professional conduct. Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Dickson County, and be available three to five days per week, including Saturdays, with the ability to complete 15–20 service attempts daily. The position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a computer, printer, and scanner. Preferred experience includes private investigation, process serving, or law enforcement or security backgrounds.
