ProVest is hiring a 1099 Private Process Server to independently deliver legal documents for law firms and financial institutions in Wood County, Wisconsin. The role involves serving foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices; managing assignments through mobile apps; documenting service attempts with GPS-stamped photographs; completing required service attempts; and returning completed documents and reports. Applicants must reside in Wisconsin, preferably near Wood County, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and flexible availability, including weekends. Private investigator, process server, law enforcement, or security experience is preferred.
