The Injection Molding Machine Operator sets up and changes injection molding equipment, installs and removes molds, configures process parameters and safety features, connects utilities, stages raw materials, completes mold travelers, and coordinates with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Tool Room to produce quality parts. The role also requires starting presses, assisting operators, supporting new-product development, and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination; Microsoft Office and Project proficiency are also required.
