Coforge is hiring a Process Specialist in Peru for a hybrid arrangement. The role manages IT processes and projects, develops process-modeling and improvement plans, analyzes AS-IS processes, documents workflows and procedures, validates processes with stakeholders, manages approvals, and identifies opportunities for simplification, reuse, automation, and optimization. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least three years of process-management experience, experience in financial, IT, or technology environments, knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA, and BPMS tools, and experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
