Description
The Process Specialist will work alongside AI agents to validate and approve automated actions, monitor operational exceptions, resolve escalated customer or switching issues, identify automation opportunities, support billing reconciliation and regulatory compliance, and maintain process documentation. The role is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid arrangement of one day working from home and four days working from the office, requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent or 2–5 years of relevant experience, and offers flexible working, growth opportunities, paid leave, and parental leave.
