Description
The Legal Process Clerk handles accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, and the timely receipt and processing of legal documents in a team production environment. The role includes updating case statuses, communicating with clients, vendors, and process servers, tracking and expediting documents, maintaining logs, and meeting case-status performance indicators. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of office or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of applicable civil procedure rules, typing proficiency, and familiarity with legal documents.
