Description
The Operations Control Tower role structures and supports the evolution of Arco’s Operations Control Tower, improving visibility, integration, and process efficiency. It coordinates cross-functional workflows, maps and optimizes processes, defines SLAs, maintains RACI matrices, monitors operational indicators, presents executive insights, and implements automation and artificial intelligence initiatives. The role requires higher education, process-management or operational-governance experience, analytical and SLA-monitoring skills, and experience applying AI to operational routines.
